266. Trade with China

We support a re-examination of our trading relationship with China based on America's economic and foreign policy interests. America should not be dependent on a communist country for critical medical or technological resources, including prescription drugs such as penicillin. Critical infrastructure such as internet or cabling, electrical or power, or water facilities should not be owned by Chinese or communist companies.
