We urge the Texas State Legislature and Governor to enact laws that protect patients' and their doctors' rights to have access to experimental or off-label medications and procedures that can potentially be lifesaving or improve quality of life without the Medical Board, Pharmacy Board, or Hospital Boards Interfering.
