Amendment to General Rules of the Republican Party of Texas are to be addressed to the State Convention Rules Committee in both Temporary and Permanent Organization:

Amend Rule 8(i) to clarify that no county party rule for filing vacancies on the County Executive Committee shall prevent nominations from the floor.
