Amendment to General Rules of the Republican Party of Texas are to be addressed to the State Convention Rules Committee in both Temporary and Permanent Organization:

Amend Rule I(b) to clarify that State Law requires adoption of the General Rules only by action of an in-person state convention and that debate, amendments and adoption cannot be done by any on-line process.
