Amendment to General Rules of the Republican Party of Texas are to be addressed to the State Convention Rules Committee in both Temporary and Permanent Organization:

Amend Rule 44 by amending the penalty of 44(b) by striking the "Discouraged from participating" language and replacing it with language that prevents the censured officeholder from filing to run in the next Republican primary when they are up for re-election.
