NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Texas legislator recognize this blatant disregard of the federal government to uphold the constitutional duty to protect the citizens of Texas, as detailed in the Invasion Clause, and motion to declare and define that the sovereign state of Texas, is under an active invasion,

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we urge the Texas legislator to fund and authorize an updated Border Security Military Assessment,

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we urge the Texas legislator to invoke Art I, § 10, cl. 3 of the U.S. Constitution, also known as the “State Self-Defense Clause”, which asserts that under an active invasion, the sovereign state of Texas has the authority and duty to defend Texas citizens against “ ‘imminent Danger’ not admitting delay” by any and all appropriate measures the sovereign state defines as necessary to defend from such assaults,
