Be it resolved, we urge the Texas Legislature to enact legislation that would forbid government officials, elected officials, and government entities from limiting the free assembly of individuals and the rights of any business to operate freely, regardless of whether a state or national emergency is declared. Furthermore, we urge the Texas legislature to enact legislation prohibiting government mask mandates on individuals or private businesses.
